THE BEST MOUSSE EVER

This mousse recipe is low carb, gluten free and dairy free. You can add your black currant powder or chocolate cacao powder to taste.

1. put a can of coconut whipping cream in refrigerator for at least 24 hrs. We leave ours in there all the time.
There is only one whipping cream that we found works. (see photo’s attached)

2. Add a full can of coconut whipping cream into a stainless steel bowl

3.Add one tblsp of cacao powder or black currant powder or any powdered berries for a great taste.

4. Add two tblsp of natvia sugar.

5 Beat with an electric beater for at least 5 minutes or until peaks form.

6. Put into 4 ramakin’s, has around 7 grams of carbs so one or two a week is ok. cover with glad wrap and put in fridge, wiil store up to 24 hrs
