WENDY’S LOW CARB SALAD

Quarter cauliflower cut small.

Half green capsicum cubed.

3 radishes cubed.

Quarter of a cucumber cubed.

Quarter of a white onion cubed.

5 cooled hard boiled eggs cut into quarters.

Half of a butter nut pumpkin roasted cut into small cubes and cooled.

8 slices of bacon cut small and cooled.

Mix all well in a large bowl and add Heinz seiously good mayonnaise.

*makes 8 side dishes or 4 main meals.

This salad has boiled chicken instead of the bacon.
If you don’t like some of the vege’s shown add your own favourite raw veg’s
