STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS

Slice a pocket in the top of 2 chicken breasts.

Mix half a pottle of full fat cream cheese into a bowl.

one cup of spinach leaves.

two tsp of basil paste

Salt and pepper to taste.

Mix ingredients by hand.

Stuff into chicken pockets.

Wrap each stuffed breast with tin foil.

Bake at 180 degree C for 30 to 40 minutes.
