Great low carb cheese scones
Ingredients
1, 4 eggs.
2, Quarter cup of butter.
3, Quarter tsp of salt.
4, Two tsp of garlic powder.
5, Quarter tsp of onion powder.
6, A third cup of coconut flour.
7, Half tsp of xantham gum.
8, Half cup of sharp cheese grated.
9, Pinch of cayanne pepper.
Instructions
1, Whisk together eggs, butter, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and cayanne pepper.
2, In a seperate bowel mix coconut flour with baking powder and xanthan gum.
3, Whisk dry ingredients into egg mixture then stir in grated cheese.
4, Place onto baking sheet using one tblsp of mixture at a time.
5, Bake at 200 degrees C for around 15 minutes.
